BARTEC Company strives to provide information as accurate as possible on the website www.bartec.eu. However, BARTEC Company cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies, whether they are originally from BARTEC Company or third-party partners providing the information.

All information indicated on the website www.bartec.eu is indicative and likely to evolve. In addition, information on the website www.bartec.eu is not exhaustive. It is subject to modifications that could have taken place since the information went online.

BARTEC COMPANY will also not be held responsible for indirect damages (such as a loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website www.bartec.eu.

BARTEC COMPANY has the right to delete, without prior notice, any contents posted in this space that would violate the applicable law in France, especially the provisions on data protection. In France, personal data is protected by the law 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, law 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, and legal article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24th, 1995.

The website is not registered to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.

The databases are protected by the terms of the Act of the 1st of July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of the 11th of March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
